Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmerSpa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the contractor’s products, services, installations, or any acts or omissions on the contractor’s part.

Limitation of Liability

ImmerSpa shall not be liable for any damages, defects, issues, or disputes arising from the contractor’s work, including but not limited to faulty installations, substandard craftsmanship, breach of contract, or any other claims brought by clients or third parties.

Due Diligence

It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence when engaging the services of a contractor. You must ensure that the contractor possesses the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance coverage. We recommend that you review the contractor’s credentials, references, and obtain any necessary assurances before proceeding with any contractual arrangements.

Binding Agreement

This indemnification clause shall be binding upon you and your respective successors, assigns, employees, and agents. You acknowledge and agree that this indemnification clause is a material part of your agreement with ImmerSpa.
